Promotion 1: Swap 100 USDSC into ipUSD

Users who swap a cumulative 100 USDSC or more into ipUSD on Startale App will receive 30 STAR Points.

Promotion 2: Deposit 100 ipUSD into IP Vault

Users who deposit 100 ipUSD or more into IP Vault with their Startale App wallet will receive 200 STAR Points. Deposits still in the queue at the close of the campaign count as well.

Campaign Terms:

• Only USDSC to ipUSD swaps made on Startale App during the promotional period count for Promotion 1. Swaps on the IP Vault portal or other apps, and ipUSD acquired elsewhere and sent to your Startale App wallet, do not qualify and cannot be credited retroactively.
• For Promotion 2, withdrawals from IP Vault are processed by the vault and are not instant. Check the withdrawal terms on the IP Vault portal before you deposit.
• For Promotion 2, only deposits made from the Startale App wallet connected on IP Vault. Deposits from other wallets do not qualify.
• For Promotion 2, a deposit counts if it is settled or still in the queue at November 1, 2026 13:00 (UTC+0). Deposits cancelled or withdrawn (unsubscribed) before then do not count.
• For Promotion 1, STAR Points are credited automatically once your swaps reach 100 USDSC.
• This campaign is available on the Global edition only.
• Users have the discretion to complete one or more Promotions under the campaign.
• STAR Points are Startale App in-app points that cannot be redeemed or exchanged with Startale for money or money's worth.
• All eligible transactions must be confirmed onchain.
• Each Promotion under the campaign can only be carried out once per Startale App user.

• Startale reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine and/or amend or vary the Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
