Promotion 1: Deposit $10 USDC into Startale App

Users who newly deposit a cumulative $10 or more of USDC from another network to their Startale App wallet on Soneium will receive 40 STAR Points. Simply open Startale App, tap Deposit, and select the network you're depositing from.

Promotion 2: Deposit $30 USDC into Startale App

Users who newly deposit a cumulative $30 or more of USDC from another network to their Startale App wallet on Soneium will receive 50 STAR Points, in addition to the 40 STAR Points from Promotion 1 (90 in total). Deposit amounts are cumulative across the promotional period.

Promotion 3: Swap $20 worth of ETH for USDSC

Users who swap at least $20 worth of ETH for USDSC on the Soneium network will receive 20 STAR Points.

Promotion 4: Deposit 20 USDSC into the USDSC Vault

Users who deposit at least 20 USDSC into the USDSC Vault and hold the deposit for 7 consecutive days will receive 40 STAR Points.

Bonus: Referral Layer

Invite a friend, and you both earn. When a new user signs up with your referral link and completes Promotion 1, both the referrer (you) and the referred user receive 50 STAR Points each.

How it works for new users:

1. Sign up for Startale App using a referral link
2. Complete Promotion 1 (deposit $10 of USDC from another network)
3. Submit the verification form with your X handle and Startale App smart account address

Referrers don't need to submit anything. Just share your referral link with your friends. STAR Points for both sides will be distributed together after the campaign ends, following verification. Smart accounts must be created during the promotional period (between September 17th and 30th) to qualify.

Campaign Terms:

• Only cross-chain deposits made through the Startale App in-app deposit flow qualify for Promotion 1 and 2. Direct transfers to your Startale App address, such as withdrawals from exchanges, transfers from external wallets, or bridges landing on a separate EOA, will not qualify and cannot be credited retroactively.
• Deposited USDSC in Promotion 4 has to remain untouched for 7 consecutive days for the user to receive the 40 STAR Points.
• Users have the discretion to complete one or more Promotions under the campaign.
• STAR Points are Startale App in-app points that cannot be redeemed or exchanged with Startale for money or money's worth.
• All eligible transactions must be confirmed onchain.
• Each Promotion under the campaign can only be carried out once per Startale App user.
• STAR Points will be distributed within 72 hours of Promotion completion during the Promotion Period, except for the Referral Layer, which is distributed after the campaign ends following verification. STAR Points for both sides will be distributed together after the campaign ends, following verification.
• For the Referral Layer, the referred user's smart account must be created during the Promotional Period, and the verification form must be submitted for the referred user to receive STAR Points.

Terms and Conditions:

• This Activity is organised by Startale Labs (BVI) Ltd ("Startale").
• By participating in the Startale App Campaign ("Activity"), each user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Campaign Terms, the Startale App Terms of Use, and all amendments, additions, replacements and variations as may be made from time to time (together, the "Activity Terms").
• In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail, followed by the Startale App Terms of Use.
• Rewards will not be distributed to users who do not have a valid Startale App Account at the time of distribution.
• Startale reserves the right to disqualify a user's reward eligibility if the Startale App Account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self-dealing, sybil attacks, exploiting system loopholes, bot-driven or market manipulation) or the user is in breach, or suspected to be in breach, of the Activity Terms.
• Startale reserves the right at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine and/or amend or vary the Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
• Startale's decisions on all matters relating to the Activity are final and conclusive.
